The business was established in 1979 and has existing usage rights which would be next to impossible to obtain these days.
However, as it is already established , with Council approval it may be possible to expand the
Eco Tourism accommodation.  The location is on the south side of Mount Warning in a unique clearing set in the centre of a private rainforest valley.
