The road north leads toTabulam (20 minutes if you forgot the milk) and on to Bonalbo, or further to Casino (45 mins) & Lismore (1 hr 15mins) . . . Only 20 kms before you hit the bitumen.
This location is only 2.75 hours from the Gold Coast and a similar distance to Brisbane. . . . . just about the perfect distance to get away from reality and "chill out" whenever you need a break. Like most "tree change" areas within driveable distance from the Cities, there is quite a lot of building activity in the surrounding district as hobby farm owners upgrade their blocks.
