A beautiful near new (just over 2 years old) 4 storey building with lift and this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor private  apartment also has the caretaking and management rights to the building attached to it. The location is at Palm Beach, on a Gold Coast highway corner site just 40 metres from the golden sands.  The Complex is gated with security parking under (2 spaces each unit) and there is surprisingly very little traffic noise from inside this lovely apartment. Water views from the 40 square metre rear private terrace.

Entry is from the Car Park by lift to first floor or from the street you are already at groung floor level. The manager has the luxury of direct access to the pool area via a private gate to the exterior of the managers unit. There is a common use bar-b-que area adjacent the pool although most residents prefer to cook out on their own extensive balcony areas. There are 12 Apartments (3 to a floor) in the building and 4 of them are currently in the letting pool. All are 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with 2 designated car spaces. The rentals are all permanent so hardly involve any work at all. The caretaking and management agreement has no set or designated hours and the simple duties take up no more time than 4 - 5 hours each week.
