and is very much a mix of couples in all age groups. This is accommodation that everyone can enjoy as the attention to detail has been thoughtful and understanding. |

Current owners supply free range eggs in the frig, a Continental breakfast and deliver fresh home baked bread daily (into an old fashioned bread bin built into one of the external walls so that no-one is disturbed). New owners may want to extend the breakfast choices to include bacon, mushrooms, herbs, tomatoes, fresh fruit etc. as the kitchen facilities are all there for Couples to prepare their own breakfasts when it suits them.
Current owners also offer evening meals brought to the cottages when pre-ordered, and the value of this, within the industry, is an ongoing source of debate. Many people feel that if you do provide food in up-market cottages such as these, a better option is to offer Bar-b-que packs, pre-cooked or perhaps pre- prepped vegetables and salads that can be added to meats, that again, are pre-packed in portion amounts and refrigerated. |

There is a website already established that comes with the business. Rack-rates are $295 per night for Friday to Sunday and week nights are $269 p.n. These rates compare favourably with other local luxury Couples accommodation of in excess of $400 per night at "Wollumbin Palms" for example.
Stand-by mid week specials & last minute Romantic weekend specials are offered whenever bookings are slow.
Wedding and Honeymoon bookings are also welcomed with the usual attention to detail and Clients expectations.
Current owners have kept the "Couples only theme" which they feel is important to the continuing growth of the business.
