Now how good does that look!   It will be hard to find anything much more attractive, or with a better central Gold Coast Location. Just a few minutes to the Nerang Shopping Malls and the M1and from there you are 10 minutes from Robina and within 15 minutes of Pacific Fair, the Casinos and of course the Beach. If you want to look for outside work (current Resident Managers also work), from here you are central to everything. The plan at left is the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, 3 toilet Townhouse design. The Managers residence is a mirror reverse of this plan except that it has the extra 'separate entrance' office added with doorway also from the main living room.

We don't have internal photos of the ManagersTownhouse but it is in immaculate condition. It features tiles to the main downstairs living areas, and light coloured carpets to the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The stairs have a landing half-way and are naturally lit from a skylight. Plenty of storage cupboards. The Managers have a lovely rear secure yard and are allowed a pet (subject of course to the no nuisance rule).
