This page is for the promotion of the sale of Home Units, Town Houses, Villas and Homes that are located within a managed complex. . . better for absentee owner as well as for an owner intending to live in the chosen unit.
The purchase of a property does not come without a certain amount of worry (especially to a first time Investor) when you are setting about gradually building an Investment Portfolio.  There are loan repayments to be met every month and it is of absolute importance to have the right person to manage your investment.

When you buy into a complex with an on site manager, you will have a caretaker and on-site property manager 24 hours a day.  If renting, you can still choose a permanent (6 or 12 months) tenant or maybe the idea of a Holiday Complex may suit you better where you will get a regular return as well as being able to take holidays there yourself.
Generally a holiday complex will return a higher nett return for investors but it does fluctuate somewhat from month to month.  Many Investors choose to use their units for holidays in non peak times (e.g. November & February) so that they do not miss out on maximum returns from High season rates.

We have the co-operation of on-site Managers who are aware that steady consistant returns are important to Investors. Let us check out average returns for you in the building or complex of your choice.
