The streets in this Complex are as pretty as Wisteria Lane although I imagine somewhat quieter. You are located just a few minutes from Central Surfers but it is amazingly peaceful & quiet. Every home is freestanding, no common walls. As manager you look after the swimming pool & gazebo (tank water for gardens & pool top-ups) and front gardens & lawns of the residents homes. Everything is established, in place and easy to maintain. Management by "walking around". There are only 7 tenants in the Complex and 28 owners. The current manager does not "do" rentals although 3 can be taken over by a new manager (if that's what you want) and 4 are with outside Agents. Given time, these may also be able to be brought back to the "pool". |
