Yardwork is at a minimum as easy care gardens are well established. The main duty is to keep the pool in it's pristine condition and leaf-blow or  sweep the paths as needed. Not at all difficult.

This will be a
huge improvement in Managers comfort and accommodation as all dealings with guests, permanent tenants and tradespeople will be able to be conducted from this seperate office.

Forward bookings continue to defy the industry averages with superior presentation bringing in a high level of "walk-ins".

Price is pretty firm at $549,000 but
